- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately I am unable to give this store a good review as I find their claims to be spiritual very shallow and as a customer I was appalled at the behaviour of staff members.
They openly talk behind each other’s backs when they are not there and make complaints and talk about customers when they have left after having a reading.
This is all done in the shop for everyone to hear.
I have observed this many times over some months of visiting the shop as a customer.
This reflects poorly on the business. Information about you is supposed to be confidential. I made a complaint in writing to the owner but it was never acknowledged nor did I get an apology. It’s a shame for the few down there that are professional. I was not that impressed with my reading either as the staff member who gave me the reading burned 15 minutes of my paid time talking about herself.By Debbie, April 05, 2019
